Leadership
Practitioners, Not Theorists.
C LEVEL was founded by four executives who have collectively led some of the most complex real estate transformation programmes in Egypt and the Middle East. Every partner brings decades of hands-on C-suite experience — not advisory distance.
Commercial Strategy & Transformation
Ahmed El Zahed
Co-Founder | Commercial, Strategy & Transformation
Ahmed El Zahed is a real estate executive specialising in commercial leadership, strategic positioning, concept development, and organisational transformation. His career includes CEO leadership at J Communities and New Jersey Developments, alongside chief commercial roles at Magna Developments, iCapital, and Homvisor Egypt. He connects development concepts, market positioning, pricing, sales strategy, customer experience, and cross-functional execution. His perspective combines the commercial discipline of a CCO with the wider operational accountability of a CEO. At C LEVEL, Ahmed leads commercial strategy and transformation, helping developers design and execute strategies that support sustainable growth and long-term value.
Finance & Investment
George Naguib
Co-Founder | Finance & Investment
George Naguib brings more than 17 years of accounting and finance experience, including financial advisory work for real estate developers. His work includes credit restructuring, bank negotiations, finance-department development, and ERP implementation. His experience includes arranging short- and long-term financing facilities exceeding EGP 1 billion. His expertise spans cash-flow models, feasibility, IRR, NPV, discounted cash flow, WACC, and debt/equity structures. At C LEVEL, George aligns financial discipline and investment decisions with commercial and construction commitments, helping developers strengthen performance and evaluate growth opportunities.
People & Organisation
Dr. Martina
Co-Founder | People & Organisation | Psychologist
Dr. Martina brings approximately 15 years of human resources experience and has served as a Group HR Director. She combines executive HR leadership with a background in psychology and psychotherapy to support organisational effectiveness. Her expertise includes HR strategy, organisation design, talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, and performance management. Her psychological perspective informs her work on team dynamics, communication, conflict, professional stress, and organisational culture. At C LEVEL, Dr. Martina helps developers align people, leadership capabilities, and organisational structures with business growth and transformation objectives.
Engineering & Project Management
Eng. Ramy Fawzy
Co-Founder | Engineering & Project Management
Ramy Fawzy is a certified engineering and project-management leader with approximately 20 years of experience across Egypt and Nigeria. His career includes project-director and project-management responsibilities at New Jersey Developments and earlier leadership roles at ATRIC and Wadi Degla. He brings expertise in construction planning, technical-office management, procurement, cost control, scheduling, quality assurance, contractor coordination, and project reporting. His experience also covers P&L monitoring and earned-value performance. At C LEVEL, Ramy leads engineering and project-management advisory, helping developers improve execution, strengthen delivery governance, and align construction commitments with business objectives.
Our Philosophy
Embedded. Accountable. Transformative.
Every C LEVEL partner has held a C-suite position in a real estate development organisation. We have sat in the same chairs as our clients, faced the same pressures, and made the same decisions.
That experience is not a credential. It is the foundation of how we work. We embed within your organisation, assume accountability alongside your leadership, and remain until the transformation is complete.
We do not leave behind a report. We leave behind a transformed business.
